Once a design, illustration, animation, or project phase has been approved by the client, any additional modifications may be treated as a new revision request and may incur additional fees.

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership rights to the final approved deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Drawphics retains ownership of:

  • Preliminary concepts

  • Unused design drafts

  • Internal creative processes

  • Portfolio showcase rights

Unless restricted by a signed confidentiality agreement, Drawphics may display completed work in portfolios, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements.

  • Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that any content supplied to Drawphics does not infringe on third-party rights.

  • Obtain necessary permissions for materials provided to Drawphics.

Drawphics is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-supplied content.
